Carriage & Delivery

Our UK deliveries are affected by Post or carrier such as Parcel Force, UPS, TNT or FedEx and are charged at the rate of 5.99 + VAT for orders under 100 value pre VAT and FREE on orders of 100 and above net of VAT. B .K. Services will choose the method of delivery.

Please ensure that you have added the full post code on both you invoice & address details when ordering.

The goods must be signed for upon delivery - if no one is available at the time of delivery please leave clear instructions, which must be signed by yourself , as to where you would like the goods left on your premises, ( ie garden shed, in the green house or by the dustbin etc) if you do not and are not in at the time of delivery then you will be carded to prove they called, should a 2nd subsequent attempt at delivery also fail then a fee of 5.99 + VAT will be charged for return

Inspection of goods

Goods must be inspected as soon as possible after receipt and any damage, breakage or discrepancy should reported in writing within 3 days of receipt by email to info@bkservicesonline.co.uk or FAX 01462 896706. Failure to do this may invalidate any claim

UK delivery can be expected 2 to 3 days after your order has been placed, subject to stock availability providing orders are received before 17:00. Any order received after this time will be treated as being received on the next working day.

Non UK deliveries

Other deliveries to Europe and the rest of the world are subject to size and weight considerations, to contact us please Tel 00 44 1462 896 705 Fax 00 44 1462 986 706 email info@bkservicesonline.co.uk your requirements and we will obtain the quickest and most economical delivery cost for you, before you order.

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods if your goods prove to be faulty or defective in anyway please call us or email us and we can arrange replacement or credit. If you have a problem it would be most useful if you could send some photographs/images by email to info@bkservicesonline.co.uk illustrating the fault or problem, this way we can address the issue as quickly as possible to avoid delays to your project or job.

Returns

Please do not send anything back without talking to us first as the goods may be rejected.

Incorrectly ordered items

Incorrectly ordered items may be subject to a restocking charge and if the items are a special order items they are not be eligible to be returned for credit other than by negotiation with ourselves

Used items

Used items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty or defective.

Packaaging etc

Packaging etc wherever possible inspect your items without cutting or destroying the packaging and/or blister pack etc as it is much easier to return goods in good condition/P>
