Carriage & Delivery
Goods must be inspected as soon as possible after receipt and any damage, breakage or discrepancy should reported in writing within 3 days receipt by email - bksroyston@hotmail.com or FAX 01462 896706 failure to do this may invalidate any claim.
Delivery can be expected 2 to 3 days after your order has been placed, subject to stock availibilty providing orders are received before 12:00. Any order received after this time will be treated as being received on the next working day.

Please note:
- Full post code must be included with address details
- The goods must be signed for upon delivery - if no one is available at the time of delivery please leave clear instructions, which must be signed by yourself , as to where you would like the goods left on your premises, ( ie garden shed, in the green house by the dustbin etc) if you do not and are not in at the time of dellivery then you will be carded and a photograph of your front door will be taken by the carrier to prove they called, should a 2nd subsequent attempt at delivery also fail then a fee of £7.99 + vat will be charged for return delivery.

Delivery Charges
Free delivery on all UK mainland orders over £100 excluding VAT either by our transport or carrier to your address.
Standard Delivery on orders under £100 is £7.99 + VAT.
Please note:-
Should you delivery address be in the UK Highlands and Islands the cost will be £18.00 irrespective of value of order for a normal delivery, which may take 4 to 5 days. please telephone or email before ordering and we will quote for shipping.
EEC countries of Monaco, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Holland, Germany & Denmark the cost will be £35.00 irrespective of value of order for a normal delivery, which may take 5 to 8 days. Please telephone or email before ordering and we will quote for shipping.
However should your order be small and postable we will endeavour to use this method of shipping to reduce the cost to you, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
Shipping to other EEC countries available please telephone or email before ordering and we will quote for shipping.
Shipping elsewhere is subject to size weight and cost considerations please telephone or email before ordering and we will quote for shipping.
Inspection of goods

Returns
Faulty goods can be returned for replacement after agreement subject to inspection. Carriage costs for faulty goods return will be reimbursed after agreement subject to inspection. Goods received back without authorisaton will be refused. BK Services will accept goods back into stock that have been incorrectly ordered at a charge of 30% of pre-discounted value plus carriage charges. This facility is offered at the discretion of BK Services and only with prior agreement. Goods received back without authorisaton will be refused. Returns under the value of £50.00 cannot be accepted unless by prior agreement Goods returned must be in new condition and in their original packaging; any blister packaging that has been cut or damaged will make goods ineligible for return. Where goods are in manufacturers packaging, damage to the packaging will make goods ineligible for return.
